THIS ISN’T A ‘one size fits all’ training plan or a ‘chicken and rice’ meal plan, I’m also not one of those coaches who will make you spend hours doing cardio.
This is totally bespoke and personalised 1-1 coaching designed and adapted along the way just for you, based around your lifestyle and around any curveballs life may throw at you too.
You will also get to be part of a community full of like minded women who experience the same struggles you do and maybe even have overcome them so you never feel alone. Elevate, help and inspire each other through the journey.
We know that fitness should compliment your life not BE your whole life.

No the programme is delivered remotely so that you have the freedom to work around your own schedule and can gain independence with training, a big part of the programme is around building your confidence with exercising and conquering gym anxiety.

Absolutely not! Gym or no gym it doesn't matter. Lots of my ladies workout from home using basic equipment like dumbbells and bands or even just bodyweight movements. There is so much we can do and it's all bespoke to what you have and need. I provide the plan and support and you just need some determination.

Nope! I am not a fan of 'set in stone', restrictive meal plans where you get given nothing but chicken, rice and broccoli - yuck! Nutrition approaches will be discussed on our first call and be completely catered to you (pardon the pun) and your goals and needs.
The main goal is to get you eating real, nutritious food but still having balance and the stuff you love in there too (enjoyability is key!). Whether it's an example week for you to be able to pick and choose from, calorie and protein guidelines to average, or the social butterfly approach. Your knowledge will increase and your focus be on fuelling your body properly.

Check ins are a vital component of our clients getting great results. They are our opportunity to assess your progress on a weekly or bi-weekly basis and make any adaptations or changes that may be needed to help you move forwards. You reflect on the previous week, what went well and what did you struggle with, upload your stats and I will feedback and provide you with some goals and a game plan for the next week.

Our approach to nutrition is individual to your life and goals. We can find a plan that is manageable, realistic and sustainable and adapt this over time as you evolve. Whether it's an example meal plan or how to structure your day, flexible food goals, or anything in between, it will all be based around foods that you love and already eat on a daily basis so that you can enjoy the process and don't feel restricted. No fads, youre not“going on a diet, you already HAVE a diet, we just need to make it work for you. We'll aim to educate you along the way to achieve food freedom.
Training & Performance
Finding the balance of what you enjoy and what you need is key to staying consistent and see the pay off in your results. Whether it's running, yoga or weightlifting, I'll make sure that your workouts and schedule is tailored to suit your lifestyle - guaranteeing maximum results in the most enjoyable way possible.
Mindset
Your brain is your biggest tool and understanding how it works and thought patterns and processes that may be taking us closer or further away from achieving our goals. Differences in mindset and perspective is why some people are consistently building success after success, while others give up before they even start. It is all well and good thinking positively and visualising what you want to happen but it's how you can harness your mindset to actually take action on this.
Accountability & Support
I am here by your side! Support is an integral part of this service. Any time you're struggling, facing a hurdle, need a nudge or a difficult conversation. Accountability is essential to this process and having someone who can do the thinking for you, point out the areas that may need extra attention is crucial. Weekly check ins, access to a community support group and regular Zoom review calls will ensure that you are moving forwards throughout your journey even when it feels hard.
Education & Knowledge
If you want to long term, maintainable results then education and knowledge is power! You need to know the what, the how and the why. I want to make sure to teach you everything you need to know to continue a happy healthy life even after we finish working together.
